NORTON INTERNET SECURITY
Customers trying to renew their subscription to Norton Internet Security, are being billed more than once by a system of pop ups that confuse customers into thinking they haven't paid for their renewal, when in reality, they already have.
Many computers come with Norton internet security pre-installed. After 60 days, clients are asked to pay to renew the software. However, the pop ups keep coming even after the customer has paid - confusing them into making multiple paymerts.
Customers have complainted about having problems reaching help on Norton's 800 number, and have to aggressivley pursue the company in order to get a refund. People who fail to ask for a refund, apparently, will not get one.
